Cargo & Freight Management System

Freight forwarding end to end — the booking, the documents, the customs paperwork and the tracking, across sea, air and road, in one file per shipment.

The problem it solves

A freight forwarder's real product is coordination, and most of it still happens in email. A booking is agreed in a thread, the bill of lading is typed from the packing list, the packing list is typed from the customer's spreadsheet, and each retyping is a chance to put the wrong weight on a customs declaration.

Once the cargo moves, visibility fragments by mode. The sea leg is on one carrier's portal, the road leg is a phone call to a driver, and the customer asking "where is my shipment" gets an answer assembled by hand. At the end, rates that were agreed months ago have to be found again before anyone can raise an invoice — so billing lags the work by weeks.

What it does

One shipment file carries the booking, the documents, the compliance and the tracking, so the same fact is entered once and used everywhere it is needed.

  1. 01Book it digitally. The booking is raised in the system rather than agreed in a thread, and the document set is generated from it instead of retyped.
  2. 02Handle the paperwork. Customs and compliance documentation is produced from the shipment's own data, which is what removes the retyping errors that cause holds.
  3. 03Move it across modes. Sea, air and road legs are managed as one integrated movement rather than three systems that do not know about each other.
  4. 04Track it in one place. A single dashboard follows the shipment across every mode, domestic and international, so the answer to "where is it" is on screen.
  5. 05Rate it and invoice it. Rates are held and applied dynamically, and invoicing runs off the shipment record — so billing follows the work instead of trailing it.
  • Multi-modal shipment tracking across sea, air and road in one dashboard.
  • Digital booking with the documentation generated automatically from it.
  • Customs and compliance documentation produced from shipment data, reducing the exposure that manual declarations create.
  • Dynamic rate management with automatic invoicing against the agreed rate.
  • Centralised tracking for domestic and international cargo.
  • Customer-facing communication driven from the same shipment record the operation works from.
03

Who it's for

  • Freight forwarders and NVOCCs coordinating shipments across more than one mode.
  • Documentation teams producing bills of lading, air waybills, invoices and packing lists.
  • Customs and compliance staff who carry the risk of a wrong declaration.
  • Customer service teams answering shipment-status questions all day.
  • Finance teams who need an invoice to follow the shipment rather than a month of chasing.

If a single shipment touches three systems and four email threads before it is invoiced, the coordination cost is the thing this removes.

Works with

Customs declarations themselves remain the hard, company-specific part of this work — that is the station our custom AI work is built for, and it is described honestly on the AI services page rather than claimed here.
