Warehouse Management System
The flagship warehouse system — multi-client fulfilment from the inbound gate to the shipped order, with the paperwork and the channel integrations built in.

The problem it solves
A fulfilment warehouse holding stock for several brands at once has to answer the same question all day: what is here, whose is it, and where exactly is it. Run that on spreadsheets and scanned paperwork and the answers drift — stock counts stop matching the racks, pickers walk the floor twice, and a cycle count turns into a week of arguing.
The pressure gets worse at the edges. Orders arrive from a different marketplace or brand portal in a different shape every time. Every outbound shipment needs a courier booked, a label printed, a manifest closed and an invoice that will survive a GST audit. When each of those lives in a separate system, someone is retyping data between them all day, and that is where the errors come from.
What it does
One system covers the whole warehouse cycle — receive, put away, hold, pick, pack, ship, invoice — with each client's stock kept separate and every movement recorded against a location.
- 01Book the load in. An advance shipment notice is raised against the expected delivery, the vehicle is recorded at the gate, and the goods are receipted as a GRN so what physically arrived is checked against what was promised.
- 02Put it away. Received stock is directed to a storage location — aisle, rack, bin — or onto a movable bin or pallet that carries its own licence-plate identity, so the unit stays trackable as it moves.
- 03Hold and count. Inventory is tracked per client and per location, with cycle counting, bin-to-bin movement, replenishment to pick faces, and a daily stock summary that closes the day's position.
- 04Take the order. Orders come in from the brand's own system or a sales channel over an integration, or are entered directly, and drop into the outbound queue with a full status lifecycle behind them.
- 05Pick, pack, manifest, ship. Work is released as batch, wave or discrete picking depending on the order profile, packed and verified, added to a courier manifest, and handed over — with the courier booked and the label produced in the same flow.
- 06Invoice it. The outbound document set is generated against the shipment, including GST e-invoicing and e-way documentation, so the goods travel with paperwork that stands up.
- Multi-client and omnichannel fulfilment — B2C, B2B and D2C stock and orders in one warehouse, kept separate per client.
- Single-window inventory visibility across sites, with increased accuracy in order management.
- Digitised racking and pallet infrastructure — the physical layout modelled so a location means something in the system.
- Barcode, QR code and RFID capture, configurable to the scanning hardware you already run.
- Batch, wave and discrete picking strategies, chosen per order profile.
- Efficient cycle counting and auditing, so a count is a routine task rather than a shutdown.
- Courier integrations for booking, labelling and manifesting — Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart and others.
- Sales-channel and ERP integrations so orders and stock positions flow both ways instead of being retyped.
- GST e-invoicing and e-way documentation generated against the shipment, with a processing log behind every attempt.
- Customised and comprehensive reports, plus an interactive dashboard for the day's position.
- White-labelled application — it can carry your brand rather than ours.
- Per-client data separation, so one operator can run many brands without their stock or orders ever meeting.
Who it's for
- Third-party logistics operators running fulfilment for several brands out of the same building.
- E-commerce and direct-selling businesses whose order volume has outgrown a spreadsheet and a courier portal.
- Warehouse managers who need one number for stock on hand and one place to see what is late.
- Finance and compliance teams who need outbound documentation and GST e-invoices produced from the shipment itself, not rebuilt afterwards.
If you hold stock that belongs to someone else, and you are reconciling what is on the racks against what is in a spreadsheet, this is the system that closes that gap.
Works with
This is the large multi-tenant warehouse platform we run for fulfilment operators. ULMS is the separate, lighter system for unit-load and 3PL stock movement where the billing flow — business flows, contracted rates, invoicing frequency — is the centre of the work. If you are not sure which fits your operation, that is the first thing we will work out with you.
A web application deployed per client, with each client's data held separately. Integrations with couriers, sales channels and ERPs are configured per deployment.
