LogiAstro
Supply-chain risk monitoring that watches the news across India, matches events to your own locations, and tells you which sites are at risk before your shipments feel it.

The problem it solves
If you run sites across a country, disruption can come from anywhere. A flood in one city closes a road. A strike in another stops a warehouse. A protest blocks a route your trucks use every day. Most of the time you find out late — from a driver who's already stuck, or a customer asking where their shipment is — because there's no single place watching every location at once.
The information is out there in the news, but nobody on your team has time to read every regional outlet, every day, for every city you operate in, and then work out which stories actually threaten your operations versus background noise. So warning signs sit in plain sight and get missed, and you react to disruptions instead of getting ahead of them.
What it does
You tell LogiAstro where your sites are. It continuously scans the news for the kinds of events that hurt logistics — across more than a hundred Indian cities and more than fifty types of disruption — and matches what it finds against your locations.
- Add every site (warehouse, store, office, factory) with address and coordinates, one at a time or in bulk from a spreadsheet, each carrying its type and whether it's your own or a partner's.
- News for your cities is automatically fetched and matched to your locations — you do not configure feeds.
- Every risk is rated Low, Medium, High, or Very High based on likely impact to operations, with a recommendation on what to do.
- A live map, colour-coded by severity, so hot spots stand out across your network.
- Dashboard tracking active incidents, most-impacted locations, and the most common types of disruption.
- Add your own risks by hand when you hear of something the system has not picked up.
- Assign and follow up — set priority, assign to a person or team, set a due date, and move a risk through Open to Pending to Closed.
- Comment on a risk and tag a colleague to email them a direct link.
- Raise a ticket off a risk, assign it, chat in context, attach files, and track its status.
- Build teams, invite users by email, and manage accounts and roles.
Who it's for
- Supply chain and logistics managers running warehouses, factories, or distribution across many cities who need one view of what threatens their network.
- Operations and risk teams who today rely on scattered news, WhatsApp groups, and gut feel to spot disruptions.
- Anyone responsible for keeping sites running and shipments moving who cannot afford to be the last to know about a local crisis.
How you use it
Sign in, then add your operating locations — singly or by bulk spreadsheet upload. Let the news monitoring run so risks start appearing on your map and risk list, matched to your sites. Work the risk list — open the high-severity items first, assign them, set priorities and due dates, and discuss in the comments. Raise tickets off the risks that need action and track them to closure. Watch the dashboard for trends and the locations carrying the most risk.
Works with
LogiAstro is the inland India half of the GCC-LOGI offering; Port Watch covers the sea and air gateways. The two are separate products with no shared database. Used together they cover a shipment from the gateway to the warehouse.
In development. A working build exists — news monitoring, severity scoring, live map, risk workflow, ticketing, teams, and locations are all present. Some dashboard tiles currently show placeholder figures pending live wiring. Next.js dashboard backed by PostgreSQL, with an embedded Google Map.
