- Pull company research on demand — a company summary, decision makers, and recent news.
- Watch for buying signals: the tool regularly checks your companies for fresh news (funding, expansion, hiring, leadership changes, partnerships) and flags them.
- Generate outreach — draft personalised emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold-call scripts that pull in company details and the latest news; save and reuse templates; run a guided three-email follow-up sequence (first touch, follow-up, graceful close).
- Manage tasks — calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups tied to a company or contact, with due dates, priorities, and reminders.
- See a full activity timeline — every stage change, note, contact, and message logged per company.

How you use it
Your admin creates your account and gives you a role (admin, manager, or rep). You land on a dashboard showing your pipeline at a glance. Build your pipeline by adding companies by hand or using Discovery to find and save a batch of targets at once. Open a company to see its contacts, activity history, news signals, tasks, and outreach drafts. The Action Centre tells you which follow-ups are due, which leads have gone quiet, which companies are missing contacts, and which outreach is ready to go.
