- Automatic reminders — the team gets app notifications and WhatsApp reminders so you never follow up by hand.
- One team dashboard — task counts, a team completion score, queued work, on-time-vs-late performance, and a month-by-month received-vs-closed trend.
- Filter the task list — narrow to open work, late work, or a particular department.
- Attach files and photos, and chat inside the task so discussion lives where the work lives.
- Recurring tasks — set a daily checklist or weekly report once and it repeats on its own.
- Watchers — let a manager or client follow a task and join the chat without being able to edit it.
- Departments, roles, and permission control — organise people by department and role (Admin, Manager, Employee, Executive) and decide who can create, assign, edit, or only view.
- Every task carries a logged status history: Open, WIP, Hold, Closed, Re-Open, Delayed, Postponed.

How you use it
Sign up and create your organisation, add your departments and users, set each person's role and permissions, then start assigning tasks. The moment you think of a task, assign it with a deadline — a few seconds on the app, or straight from WhatsApp. WorkCheck notifies the team automatically and the dashboard tracks everything. Each task carries its own ID (for example #WC-944), and opening it shows who created it, who it is assigned to, the deadline, the status, the full activity history, and all the conversation in one place. Team members can take part through the mobile app, the web dashboard, or WhatsApp.
