The problem it solves

Anyone who has to write to an audience needs to know who they are writing to. That knowledge usually lives in someone's head, in a two-year-old slide deck, or gets invented on the spot. When the persona is wrong, every email, ad, and landing page built on top of it is quietly wrong too.

Building a real persona by hand — reading the website, hunting through reviews, checking LinkedIn, interviewing customers — takes days, so most people skip it and work off a hunch. Persona Gen fixes both: it reads the public evidence for you in under a minute and refuses to state anything without showing its receipts.

What it does

You give Persona Gen a website. It reads the company's main pages, checks public customer reviews, and looks at the company's LinkedIn page — then builds two or three distinct buyer personas from everything it found.

  • Each persona covers five lenses: Identity (age range, job titles, industries), Psychographics (motivations, frustrations, values), Buying (decision style, objections, purchase triggers, buying committee), Content (formats, tone, preferred phrases), and Platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook behaviour).
  • Every attribute carries a source badge and a code-computed confidence score. Green means several independent sources agreed; amber means one source; grey means the tool inferred it and says so.
  • Confidence is computed from the number and variety of sources — never a figure the system simply made up. Cross-type corroboration (website + reviews + LinkedIn) is the only path to the highest confidence tier.
  • Open the Company context panel to see the raw evidence behind any persona. Hover a confidence badge to see exactly which pages or reviews backed it.
  • Run as many URLs as you like — one click clears the screen for a new site. No account, no setup, no saving.

How you use it

Paste a URL into the box, choose how many personas you want (one, two, or three), and press Generate. A progress indicator walks the stages: fetching the site, reading the company, building personas, computing confidence. Each persona appears as a card with five tabs. One click clears the screen for a different site.
