From its Dubai based distribution centre, the customer ships to +60 countries in the world.As a part of their digitalisation drive to reduce errors, bring traceability, control and visibility into the distribution operations, the customer wanted to build a customised WMS and was looking for a tech partner with domain expertise and proven track-record

  • SHT put a team together to understand and map detailed requirements from the customer’s supply chain team
  • SHT built a plan for module-wise deployment to accommodate simpler process first and then complex processes – this also helped to build tech adoption easier at the customer’s end
  • Daily calls wth ops team and weekly review with I/S team were put in place to track progress on the project
  • WMS caters to automated inventory, dispatch and replenishment planning, complete traceability, suggestive putaways, picking & packing, auto-invoicing and reporting
