- Complex operations with multiple sourcing and distribution points
- Manual inventory management based on FEFO, plant level, batch level , multi country & lingual level
- Lack of traceability was leading to inability to trace errors back to sourcing points
- Lack of inventory visibility was leading to unfulfilled orders, stock-out, dis-satisfied distributors and revenue loss

Solution
- SHT put a team together to understand and map detailed requirements from the customer’s supply chain team
- SHT built a plan for module-wise deployment to accommodate simpler process first and then complex processes – this also helped to build tech adoption easier at the customer’s end
- Daily calls wth ops team and weekly review with I/S team were put in place to track progress on the project
- WMS caters to automated inventory, dispatch and replenishment planning, complete traceability, suggestive putaways, picking & packing, auto-invoicing and reporting
