Learning Management System
Ready-made training for a logistics workforce — animated warehouse and last-mile courses, delivered online, with completion and certification tracked.
Always on · runs across the whole journey
The problem it solves
In a blue-collar, high-churn operation, training is the thing that quietly never happens properly. A new joiner is shown the job by whoever is free that morning. What exists as material is scattered across drives and decks in three versions, and nobody is sure which is current.
Then compliance asks who has been trained on what, and there is no answer — only a signing sheet from a session eight months ago. Nothing was assessed, so nobody knows whether the training worked. The same mistakes get retrained, in person, at cost, forever.
What it does
The courses already exist and are built for this workforce — animated, online, and specific to warehouse and last-mile work — with the platform tracking who completed what.
- 01Assign the programme. A structured learning path is set for the role, drawing on the ready-made warehousing and last-mile catalogue rather than material someone has to write first.
- 02Train online, at their pace. Animated online programmes cover the inbound warehousing process, the outbound warehousing process, last-mile operations and safe last-mile delivery practices, alongside generic courses.
- 03Assess what stuck. Skill assessment tests check understanding against the trending supply-chain skills, so a completion means something more than a video that finished playing.
- 04Certify and record. Passing a test produces a certificate, and completion and certification validity are tracked centrally rather than on a signing sheet.
- A ready-made course catalogue for logistics work — inbound and outbound warehousing, last-mile operations, safe delivery practices, inventory management, air and ocean import, grocery operations, and general skills such as communication and empathy.
- Structured learning paths with proper course management, so a role has a defined route through the material.
- Automated tracking of completion and certifications — who has done what, and what has lapsed.
- An assessment engine that turns "attended" into "understood", with real-time results on the learner's dashboard.
- A centralised content library with version control, so there is one current version of every course.
- Self-paced and scheduled delivery with reminders, online and offline, for people who are not sitting at a desk.
Who it's for
- HR and L&D teams onboarding and re-training a workforce that turns over quickly.
- Warehouse and last-mile operations managers who need floor staff competent on a process before they run it.
- Compliance teams who must evidence that mandatory training was completed and is still in date.
- Operators who do not have the time or the people to build a training library from scratch.
If you cannot produce, today, a list of who is trained and certified on a given process, your training is not tracked — and that is the gap this closes.
Works with
The training, assessment, review and hiring products run on the Saprootz / TapRootz workforce platform and share one record of a worker. This page describes the e-learning half; the assessment half has its own page.
Delivered online with a mobile app, in more than one language. Which courses a deployment carries, and whether custom company content is added alongside the ready-made catalogue, is scoped per client.
