Lead Management
Structured pipeline for a logistics BD team — first contact to signed agreement, with legal and finance built into the same flow.

The problem it solves
When a business development team works across verticals, cities, and contact channels, leads go untracked. A prospect spoken to over a call disappears unless it is written down. Follow-up reminders live in someone's head or a personal WhatsApp thread. Proposals, agreements, and legal documents move by email with no version control.
Managers have no clear view of what the pipeline looks like today, how many deals are at proposal stage, or which ones have stalled. Lead Management fixes this by giving the whole team — from BD executives to legal reviewers to finance — a shared, step-by-step record for every prospect.
What it does
Every lead follows the same guided path, and the system prompts the next step at each stage.
- 01Qualify. At intake, mark the lead Qualified, Prospect, or Not Qualified. Qualified leads go to requirements mapping; prospects get a follow-up scheduled; not-qualified leads move to Lost with a reason.
- 02Map requirements. For qualified leads: record line of business, specific service, expected area, business type, projected monthly revenue, expected CAPEX, and EBITDA targets — with supporting documents.
- 03Share a proposal. Prepare and upload a business proposal; record whether it has been shared. The customer accepts (→ legal), asks for a counter-proposal (→ negotiation loop), or rejects.
- 04Legal review. BD uploads the NDA, customer agreement, and commercial terms. A ticket is sent automatically to the legal team. Legal returns remarks and a revised copy.
- 05Finalise the agreement. Legal confirms; BD uploads the executed agreement with start and expiry dates. Finance is notified automatically and verifies customer details (name, GST, address, cost centre).
- 06Onboard. BD marks the business onboarded. If not ready, a follow-up is scheduled and the loop continues.
- View a lead in full on one page — details, stage, follow-ups, requirements, proposals, legal remarks, executed agreements, and activity log.
- Reassign a lead without losing its history.
- Mark a lead lost or dormant with a recorded reason.
- Filter and report by customer, stage, source, assigned user, and contact-date range.
- Read a full activity log of every action taken on a lead.
- Super admins manage master data: industries, lead sources, pipeline stages, and business lines.
Who it's for
- BD executives and BD heads in Retail, IPL, and Tech verticals — log prospects, track progress, and schedule follow-ups.
- Legal teams — receive document packets from BD and mark up agreements.
- Finance teams — verify customer details before a business is formally onboarded.
- Super admins — manage master data and maintain full visibility across all verticals.
How you use it
A super admin creates your account, assigns your role and vertical, and sets up master data. Once you log in, go to Leads and create a new lead — fill in the customer details and initial status, and the system prompts you for the next step. The system is organised by vertical; each user sees only the leads in their vertical by default. BD heads see all leads in their vertical; super admins see everything. The dashboard shows lead counts broken down by stage.
